Ok I paid 11,500 for butt implants. I am currently 1 week post op. I will give a full review in about a week once I am feeling better. Not sure if I would recommend yet because it is too soon to tell

He’s a great surgeon overall but I don’t think he had a pleasant personality. He barely spoke when meeting me and I had to call them for a follow up , they never even scheduled me for one I had to call two days later to ask if he could see me again. He saw me for like 4 minutes just to take pictures but wasn’t very kind. For all that money I just feel he could be kinder to his patients because I could have gone to someone else who would be more attentive and care about my progress. But good luck with your surgery!! I’ll keep updating

I've heard that about Dr. Hughes from many of his patients. He doesn't speak much and is very straightforward, which I don't feel is great because when your going into surgery your already nervous so that's awkward. He advised me to get 600 cc implants. I asked him for 712cc and he said that's too big for anyone's anatomy so it's surprising he did 712 cc for you, but you look fabulous. Yes!! Please keep me updated. I had a bbl in June 2019. Did you have a bbl before? Did he discuss with you complications? He continued to email me that the bigger the implant the more complication which makes me nervous.

Hey No I’ve never had a bbl before. He did go over the complications but I still wanted 712. Don’t be nervous just take it easy with your surgery. And you should be fine

Can I ask why you decided on implants instead of a BBL? Is that what you wanted or he suggested?

I wanted a more drastic look and I was too small to get the type of look I was going for if I had a bbl. I also would have had to get multiple rounds of bbl. implants last longer

Sorry it’s been a while I promise to take more photos soon. As I’m uploading some of my pics are “too large to post so I’ll try to take more. This is a 5 month update. I have on a faja size small waist large hips. I got it from (fit doll collection.com ) defff recommend. I will try to update in a few weeks girlies :)

Omg you look so beautiful. Do you think it's still the best option over a bbl? I have surgery for implants in January with Dr. shifrin. I'm excited yet nervous. Please give us all the details. Thank you so much!!

I definitely do! I’m a smaller girl so a bbl would have looked too natural and I wanted a big butt. Also if you have a bbl you will definitely have to get at least 2 rounds which means you’ll be having to get bbls multiple times just to sustain the look over the years. I would recommend a bbl BUT only with implants because implants truly give the butt a better look. Keep your appointment and I promise you won’t regret it .
