Inner Thigh CoolSculpting

I had my first CoolSculpting treatment done on my inner thighs, and while I was nervous the experience turned out to be way better than expected. The first few minutes of having the device on me was pretty uncomfortable. After about 8 minutes I was 100% numb so it was fine!
I had an hour of just relaxing, and actually planning future travel plans! Selika did the treatment for me and she was SO accommodating. She made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. I was cold (Go figure, it is CoolSculpting) but she provided a blanket that just made me feel perfect and cozy! I could have even taken a nap.
After the hour of sitting there it came time for the massage. This definitely took my breathe away as it was really intense! Selika talked me through it, reminding me to breathe which really helped. My hip was a bit stiff since I was in this position for such a long time. I did stretch and it was time for the second treatment. Which was basically the same.
After my treatment was done, I wore spanx to help keep me together. This did feel good since I was numb, things felt very strange. My numbness lasted for about a month. I did not have any post treatment pain, which I was nervous about. I did some times have a deep itch, but it was not unbearable.
I took my photos a month later and was amazed at my results. I did not feel entirely different, but pictures do not lie! I started seeing a slimmer inner thigh on me! Which was really exciting because with all the exercising I've done, and not seeing much improvement on my inner thighs, this just amazed me!
I had my second session done on October 19th and the treatment seemed to be a bit more intense. I was told it's because there is less fat. I also noticed that the numbness felt significantly less than it did in the first treatment. That was a relief as that numbness annoyed me. I was able to get back to my daily activities right away, and still have not experienced any post treatment pain! I am really excited to see how my next post pictures will be! I want to do this on my abdomen next. The results from the treatment and how accommodating Selika and the office was out weighs any discomfort!
