I’m healing well, and enjoying life. My scars on my hip bone rubbed against the binder, and it interferes with healing slightly—but that was during initial healing. I’m absolutely thrilled with my results, and it’s better every day.
Running with the implants is no issue—the gummy implant seems to not jiggle nearly as much as my breasts wanted to while breastfeeding. Resuming TRX took maybe 2 weeks for my abdominals to adjust. Weight lifting was really easy to adjust to.

You look amazing! I’m also 6ft. Not as fit but I lost 115 pounds and was left with a lot of skin. I had my tt, ba and lipo 3wks ago and feel frumpy. You inspire me to get back in the gym and further my progress. I can’t come soon enough. Thanks for sharing your story.
