Dr Gabriela at 56 Harley St has just performed a full thread lift.
I had deep marionette lines and a saggy chin. I'd considered chin lipo but she showed me a lot of my problems were coming from sagging.
I have had filler in my cheeks before which I liked. I've also had fat freezing under the chin but it left my skin a little loose. I'll post more before and after pictures soon.
