I hope you are all getting excited! This summer I wore a bikini for the first time in 20 plus years. Never once did I feel the need to hide my body. Thank you Dr song for helping me get my confidence back. When I say I trust this man, I mean it! He was and continues to be very realistic with me, and his office staff are a close second!
FYI- I did lymphatic massage which helped tremendously with my swelling. I stopped wearing the faja in June (3.5 mo post op) because it was way too hot to have layers on.

3 months post op
I’ve been so bad about getting an update. I’ll do better pics later but here’s my end of the day (always swollen then) post surgery pics vs before pics @ 3 months. The scar healing has been impressive to me. I promise I’ll get more pics out

Your scar looks incredible! I have my consultation with Dr Song tomorrow. This gives me so much hope!
Thanks for the update! You look really good! I love how he gives such a natural look rather than the more extreme waistlines.
Thank you, I’ve been hesitant about posting because I’m not “picture perfect”and I feel like that’s what people who know that I’ve had surgery are expecting. I have a high waist and It’s not realistic for me.
I think you look wonderful! You should be proud of your body. Your pictures will help so many people - that's one of the things I looked at when choosing a doctor - had he done surgery on people whose bodies looked like mine. You sharing your pictures will help so many people who are built exactly like you - and they will use your pictures as their "wish pic"!
I agree your scar is looking amazing so thin and light. Congratulations! You look wonderful. Thank you for sharing your journey.
I am schedule with Dr. Song in 20 days. I think you look great! Your update really makes me excited about my upcoming surgery, even though I am not looking forward to the recovery process.
Thank you! It’s getting closer to your surgery date and I know your feeling all sorts of things but that’s completely normal. You can rest easy knowing that you have a competent team working with you. As far as recovery, anything worth keeping takes work and your job will be to be gentle with yourself and give your body what it needs. Are you local?
Thank you! Yes, I am in the metro area.

3-4 weeks post Op Seroma
Two nights ago I noticed that when I pressed on my stomach it looked almost like what a waterbed looks like. I spoke with Adriana and they had me come in. They confirmed it was a Seroma and aspirated the fluid. I’ll be returning next week for a follow up. Enjoy the video!

Your incision looks to be healing well. I wasn't able to view the video - my phone has issues. You also appear to be standing completely upright! How are you feeling about everything other than the seroma?
I am finally standing up straight! It’s tight but that’s what I wanted lol. Overall I’m happy with how everything is going. Incisions are healing nicely. I need to take some photos without all of the gauze and clothing... soon!
How are you doing? Seroma gone?
Hey! Just checking in to see how you are doing and if you had any updated pictures. I hope things are better!
Oh man I'm so sorry you developed a seroma. Thank you for sharing the video so we all know what to look out for. Was it really painful to have it drained or more of a relief? I'll be out of state so if anything happens I guess I'll need to go to an urgent care clinic. Your results are beautiful, your incision looks like it is healing really well. Congratulations!! Sorry you've had some trouble, I hope it is all worth it in the end because you look amazing. Praying you are healing well.
