Today is the two week mark since my surgery! Time has flown by! I'm back to work and my regular busy schedule.
I cherished my recovery period...it felt so good to read, rest, and take care of myself. But it feels great being back to my normal routine. I totally love my results! It's so awesome to look in the mirror at that tight neck and face, and realize it's MINE!! Yay!!! For anybody who is on the fence wondering if they should "go for it", I say do it!!! Super happy I did!!!

Today is day nine post op. I have some bruising on my neck, and it feels a little swollen when I touch it, but no pain at all. I had most of my stitches out on Monday, and the remaining ones will come out this upcoming Monday on the 27th. I'm feeling really good, and healthy. It feels awesome to look in the mirror and see the natural, and noticeable tighting of my face and neck! Totally worth every penny!! Yay!!!

Today is day five post op.
I'm feeling good and have no pain at all. The bruising on my neck and chest is getting better. I've been enjoying reading, watching Netflix, and hanging out with my family.
I've included pics of my incisions. They look unpleasant, but they don't hurt at all. Tomorrow I'm scheduled to get my stitches out. Dr. Mayberry did an excellent job with the placement of the stitches...I'm just perseverating on how much hair the medical assistant shaved off during the pre-op. I know it's just hair and will grow back, but my hair is very thin to begin with, and grows very slowly. I won't be able to wear my hair back for very long time. Also, when the wind blows, my shaved sides will be noticeable. Oh well, I'll figure it out. What I know for sure is that I'm thrilled with my tight neck and face! My recovery has been so easy, and I can already say, I'm super happy I made the decision to have the procedures!
