I’m 48 years old, but every since I was 18 I have been walking around with boobs that look 98 years old.
I went in for a consultation with Dr. Padgett a week before last. She is very knowledgeable and confident in her practice. They had a cancelation, so I was booked for the following Thursday morning.
My surgery was January 24 and today is January 27. It’s been a rough weekend, but I haven’t actually cried yet. I have 350cc hp implants under the muscle.
Dr. Padgett and the surgical center nurses made me very comfortable. It took an hour and a half to drive home. I don’t remember the drive.
So far I have experienced pain in my chest muscles anytime I attempt to move, back pain and painfully bloated belly. I have not had a bowel movement since the day before surgery.
Yesterday I was up and around a lot inside my house. I am taking everything they prescribed to me on a regular schedule. I would not get out of bed without the painkillers. My post op checkup is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon.

Day 6 350cc implants with lift

I had my post-op check yesterday, and everything seems good. I am healing well.
After the post op appointment and lunch with a friend I was completely exhausted. Unfortunately, I did not sleep well. Mostly because of my back. My right breast was sore too.
I was supposed to go back to work today, but I tried on a lot of different shirts and completely exhausted myself. Little tidbit of information, I’m still able to fit a few of my bras, so my boobs aren’t that much bigger, but they are a lot more solid now. This means that a lot of the shirts I owned before no longer work for work. I took an additional day off. I’ll try again tomorrow.
Btw- still no bowel movement since before surgery. I am going to Walgreens to pick a stronger laxative. I have only been using stool softeners and yogurt in until now.
These pictures are not the best, but I’m already dressed, so they’ll have to do. I love how neat and clean my stitches are. Dr. Padgett’s experience has paid off for me. She’s amazing.
