Dr Ransom and his staff are phenomenal! I am not only happy with the work done on my ears, but their service is impeccable. Jillian, the receptionist is very sweet and always welcoming. The process was simple, from the consultation, to the prep, to the surgery and the post op followups. I never have to wait long at my appointments. Their office is super clean. The nurses who helped perform my surgery were super sweet and nurturing. Dr Ransom is a wonderful surgeon. My surgery went well and without a hitch. Healing nicely and I'm loving it. I should have done this 20 years ago but better late than never!
