Still loving my results! I have lost a lot of volume in my breasts, but I knew going in that it would probably happen because I am burning fat & building muscle, so I probably will end up doing an augmentation at some point. This truly was one of the best decisions I ever made! I’m still a work in progress, but so much better than where my journey began!

I am back at work and added a new position of Wellness Coach to my list of titles. I am back to 100% activity! It feels so good to be back in the gym teaching classes and making new friends.

My seroma is almost completely healed. The swelling in my leg is diminishing. I am working toward rebuilding my strength & definition in that leg.

I still feel as though I’d do this all over again!
