WORTH IT$7,000
I’ve wanted a BA ever since I can remember! I decided to go ahead and do it July 11th 2019. I chose Dr. Najera because I’ve watched him perform surgeries on Snapchat for a few years and love his results. His bedside manner is also amazing and his staff is so sweet!

Day of surgery
BigtittycityJuly 13, 2019
I arrived at the surgery center at 6:15 AM, was prepped and my surgery started at 7:30 AM. I woke up around 10 AM in a lot of pain and the nurse gave me 1 pain pill. When I was still in lot of pain 15 minutes later she gave me another one. I was also really nauseous so she gave me something for that as well. Once the pain and nausea subsided she helped me put on the surgical bra and get dressed and I was on my way home. I slept a lot the first day and took my pain medicine (two norco 7.5 mg tablets) every 6 hours on the dot to stay on top of the pain. Every time I would get up to use the restroom or anything I would get really nauseous. Around 6 pm I took a zofran (nausea med) but unfortunately threw up around 7. Once I was able to finally eat the nausea was completely gone. Getting in and out of bed is such a chore. My abs were really sore for some reason so since I couldn’t use my arms or abs to get up I had to have help getting up out of bed. Thankfully I was able to use the restroom and brush my teeth by myself. The day of surgery wasn’t horrible. The pain got bad when it was almost time to take pain meds again but for the majority of the day it was tolerable.

1 day after surgery

Sleeping the first night was pretty rough. I’m a side sleeper so sleeping elevated on my back was pretty uncomfortable. The pain today is worse than the first day. Every time I stand I can feel the implants pulling on my incisions so it helps to kind of hold them up. I’ve been icing them a lot because they’re pretty swollen. I’ve also had a lot of back pain but I’ve been using the heating pad on my back which seems to help. When the girls start to feel really stiff and swollen the best thing for them is ice. I did shower today which was not easy, I had to have my boyfriend help since I can’t lift my arms over my head. The hot water felt soo good but I was in a lot of pain after since I was moving so much. Still taking two pain pills (norco 7.5 mg) every 6 hours so the pain doesn’t get out of control. My nipples are so swollen and pretty sensitive. My left breast is numb from the nipple down and my right breast is numb like on the inner breast where cleavage is. It’s such a weird feeling lol. I was pretty emotional today because of the pain and having to rely on other people to help me do basic things like open my water bottle or help me sit up but they keep reminding me it’s only temporary and have been so supportive which is really helping my sanity. Overall today has been a lot worse than I thought it would be pain wise, but I’m hoping for an easier day tomorrow.
