March 2026 update

The electrolysis I was using moved away and I found it difficult to find someone to continue with so I have taken off over a year now till I found a new electrolysis. During the year I found there was certainly less hair growth where I had it done but she definitely scarred me in certain areas. I also find my skin is redder in the area that was worked. The new electrolysis is much less painful and I have been able to do one 30 minute session and 2 I hour sessions with much less discomfort.

Thanks for the update! It looks like you ended up having much more success than I did with laser!
I feel like it's an ongoing process that I may be doing off and on for a couple years to get a desirable result.

End 2024 update

It's going slower than expected, I have had much more regrowth than expected which my electrolysis picks at every session as she continues closer to the shaft. It has also gotten much more painful as I can only do 30 minute sessions. I have been experimenting with numbing cream which has been more of a miss than a hit.

Pictures show much of the hair is gone but there is still souch more to go.

Male Electrolysis Manzilian update 01

I have 2 more 1 hour sessions, my electrolysis did a what she called the double tap technique which was a zap at the base and a zap closer to the surface. This was supposed to help with healing and making it easier to pull out the hair. This way I found hurt way more and I'm not sure I see the better results from it.
I have had 4 sessions now over a 2 month period. I have 2 30 min appointments over the next 2 weeks as she approaches the base of the shaft becoming more painful, so a shorter session. Pictures include where the 4 appointments were and approx zone treated.
