Ok, let me start by saying thankyou to Dr. Nicole Mackie for changing and transforming my life for the better! Words cant described how I feel! I feel like a man again and I can go out in the public with confidence! I could not do that before, I suffered from missing and failing teeth. I'm only 39 years old and I definitely didn't want a denture like my grandpa and Dad were in! That's when I started to research on the all-on-4 dental implants! I've went to numerous Drs and they all told me the same thing that my teeth are on thier last leg and either I go with a denture or more permanent prosthesis! So all these dentist and experts (so called) ihad to decide who I wanted and could trust! Thank God I've found Dr. Nicole Mackie (dentist and prosdadontis) she provided me with the utt most level of care I could only dream of! She has such passion and love for being a prosdadontis it not only shows In her work ethic and work but also in the experience, knowledge, energy and commitment to transform my life forever! She did that for me she was so professional and caring that my experience with a dentist/ prosdadontis was blown away! She gave me my confidence back and I feel like a man again I can go into public and speak without hiding my teeth of keeping my lips as closed as possible! This is a big deal, I don't want to go to restaurants, I don't want to talk to woman and I didn't want to discuss work with my co- workers! I can do al that now with this award winning smile she gave me! This is not just a one doctor procedure, it take a prosdadontis (Dr. Nicole Mackie) and a surgeon (Dr. Michael Daccache) what I call the dream team of dentistry! To make this all happen! I could tell from start to finish Dr. Nicole Mackie was the one! I trust her because she showed all this passion in fixing my issues. Now with that being said I trusted who she works with in surgeon Dr. Daccache, he removed 13+ teeth and correlated with Dr Mackie to place the implants in the correct places, which led to my beautiful smile! I had very little pain and felt like I can do anything normally in less than 24 hours of this procedure! Dr. Nicole Mackie and Dr. Michael Daccache are really the true dream team in dentistry, I'll say it again! My teeth are perfect, my smile looks like my own, they fit perfectly and work and feel like my natural teeth. Those two doctors and thier staff treated me with the highest level of care and professionalism that I could only dream off! I hated the dentist because I dont like the pain! I had really very little an IBU600 took care of right away. This is the best experience I've ever had in dentistry ever! I highly recommend Dr Nicole Mackie with her dream team surgeon Dr. Michael Daccache . They really gave me my life back ! I have an award winning smile! I have confidence in a relationship with a woman! I feel normal again! Thankyou to Dr. Nicole Mackie! Her and Dr. Daccache along with thier staff I have the utt most Love and Respect for! These are the professionals you want helping you!

Its so strange, I look at your befores and they look very similar to what mine look like now. I was told I have everything from blood poisoning to diabetes, and yet no one knows why my teeth were pushing out by the roots that way. But Im on my way to start my journey, I hope to look as good as you do very soon :)

Well I was told its pardontial disease and its hereditary. My Dad was in dentures by 40, my Grandfather was also. My mother's side her mom had diabetes, my mom had diabetes and thier teeth terrible also. My two sisters have great teeth and my twin brother had great teeth as well. My teeth were healthy when I was younger, it only started in begging 30's. Well if you want vcd the best thier is with this procedure, I highly recommend you seeing Dr. Nicole Mackie as and Dr. Michael Daccache here in Las Vegas, yardley no pain, and everything done to perfection in 1 day. All I could of asked for. This is a serious procedure, you have to want the best, and they are the best, talk to them , you will see. They will put you first, not the money!

Same here, my mom has diabetes and so did her mother. I was just tested the other day and it came back negative for me for diabetes, so it has to be something else doing it. I already started my journey in New York, and had my first set of extractions done. HUGE infection at one root. I need to take some pics and start uploading where I am now

Thank God you dont have diabetes, I would like to see the pics, but I've got to say again Dr. Nicole Mackie with Dr Michael Daccache here in Vegas are the best thier is. I've got no pain and verystong secure properly fitted teeth, I'm a man again!

Did u get the implants one day an teeth the next day like dr golpa g4 implants solution ot did u have to wait til ur gums heal for the arches to be put on?

I received my new teeth in the same day, no waiting after Dr. Daccache removed my teeth, Dr Mackie and staff fitted my new teeth and it all happened in the same day, all swelling is gone and my new teeth feel so strong and secure, and real, it's been 1 month now and I get nothing but compliments they feel amazing and I didnt have to wait for my new smile or gums to heal, my prosthesis is permanent and right over the gums, and with swelling gone they are amazing

Im pretty sure its called a palate Im talking about, but I was just asking if yours had one. Its a part of the prosthetic that covers the roof of your mouth. Im almost finished my extractions and hopefully will be done before the end of October

The whole prosthesis is secure through the implants, its very well placed to perfection, I wish you the best, Dr. Nicole Mackie and staff really no what they are doing everything done in 1 visit no problems

Oh ok. What I ,ight be getting(not that I want it) is an upper with a palate, which is a denture, because they say I have enough bone so I dont need an implant, and 2 implants on the bottom to "secure" a removable denture. Im not happy to say the least.

OreoGal, I think you should get a second opinion, take a trip here to Las Vegas and come get evaluation from Dr. Nicole Mackie, she will not put you in a denture if not needed, she told me this , "she hates putting people in a denture, trust me if thier is enough bone then the implants is the way to go!!!!

Oh Im positive implants are the way to go, and I know for a fact Im a good candidate. At this point now, my $$ is low and a dental school is my only option, unless a miracle happens. One thing I will say is and to anyone considering implants and wants and needs them, do not EVER go to a dental school because of cost. It takes longer, they do the bare minimum, they try to get you to think your options are few, and the instructors and staff suck and have no empathy for you or your situation. You are just a guinea pig and they make certain you know that, your feelings dont matter, just your mouth for them to experiment with. And that is exactly how they teach the students, to not care. I had 3 separate extraction procedures done, left, right and wisdom. Both left and right sides I had sharp bone sticking out after extractions. The student was scared to do the extraction and started to pull, couldnt finish pulling so the instructor had to come and finish. Imagine the trauma and pain I had when all was said and done! Dental schools are good for fillings and cleanings, but I will NEVER recommend for major work like what I need, to anyone.

First , thankyou. Second, no they don't feel bulky at all in the beginning nor now, and surprisingly they didn't feel strange. They fit perfectly and feel like my normal teeth, my bite is perfect and stronger than before, they are very comfortable and I feel like I can bite into anything, thier normal, it's so cool, such a blessing, I got perfection with these two Drs.

Almost all swelling is gone now and I'm using waterpik to floss and I brush my new grill with a toothbrush lightly, they work great, feel real, I'm eating soft diet still for 3 more months per Dr. Mackie orders, but you have to let the bone fuse to the implants or they can fail. I can tell you I'm super satisfied with everything, I received my new teeth all in the same day, I didnt have to wait and use a healing set, none of that Dr. Daccache and Dr. Mackie and staff really are the best there is!!! I had very little to no pain after surgery and if I had any a ibuprofen 200mg 1 of them took care of it, now with swelling completely gone , I'm enjoying life again, going out in public again, smiling again, kissing again, everything, this was really worth it, and Dr. Nicole Mackie, Dr. Daccache, and staff are highly recommend ! I cant thank them enough for all thier amazing life changing service they can provide! Thankyou again from the bottom of my heart!

All I can say about the price is it was the most reasonable price and I have the most amazing results I could of ever have asked for. It's so worth every cent! Please go see them and discuss pricing because your price may be different that mine and I'm no doctor nor should I put the price out there, I would pay it over and over again, I have my life back, my confidence, my health, I can kiss a woman now!

Because they are very good at what they do, they had everything ready in one day, no temporary teeth, these are my permanent teeth, also I went with acrylic resin teeth, I did my research and they are just as durable and reliable as zirconia teeth, you have to do your research, just go visit dr. Nicole Mackie and Dr. Michael Daccache, they will be able to diagnose you and give you a price!!

Yes , I believe the infection in my mouth was liked to me having no energy, or low energy I would want to nap alot, it was bad. Dr Mackie brought this up to me , I didnt even tell her this. She explained how one of her patients after they had the procedure done got all thier energy back. Thier body was healthy again it was no longer always fighting an infection that was constantly there. Then I had Dr. Mackie do my procedure and it was true I have energy again I feel like I'm 18 again, I have drive, stamina, and I want to go do things, I'm no longer taking naps throughout the day.. I never would of known why this was happening if Dr. Mackie hadn't of brought it to my attention.
As for healing and rejection, as long as your not allergic to titanium, then your bone will fuse to the implants usually locks in in about 4 to 6 months, and the swelling from the procedure will be gone in 1 day or 2 . Dr. Ma6did and promised everything in 1 day and delivered.. I had my new teeth and very little pain was experienced and I was eating soft diet for 2 weeks and then chomping away within 2.5 weeks so there you have it.. Ho see Dr. Nicole Mackie I promise you VIP treatment and the highest level of care a Dr. Can give a patient. She is true in all she speaks and has the passion about a person health and smile I've never seen before. I urge anyone reading this and thinking about the all -on -4 procedure or any kind of dential work to go see Dr. Nicole Mackie. She is the best of the best.

This is 1 month after Dr. Nicole Mackie, and Dr. Daccache did thier specialties, thankyou so much for giving me my life back! The Dr's and thier staff deserve the ut most praise and respect, they what know what they are doing and they care! I highly recommend them for the all-on-4 procedure and teeth extraction!

I honestly can say they are the best decision I've made regarding any kind of procedure with the mouth and teeth! They are permanent fixed prosthesis! They never move nor shift around they feel like normal teeth I brush them use waterpik.. they are perfect. I'm suggesting you get a free consultation with Dr. MACKIE, she is very respectful, reasonable, affordable and will go over all your options! She and her staff preformed it all in 1 day! I highly recommend her. She really has a passion and cares about her patients cares and needs!

They are secure it's a prosthesis not a bridge, it feel natural, I talk normal eay food normal,.. trust me and get an opinion from Dr. Mackie..She has the experience and expertise and most of all she cares!!

It is acrylic resin, and I did my research and found out a acrylic resin prosthesis is just as strong and durable as a acrylic resin. And Dr. Mackie picked out the shade for me and she preformed everything with the highest level of care and attention to detail a patient could ever ask for.
