Horrible and Deceptive

Dr azrate is a fake and very good at it please I will give you my phone # and meet with you that's how serious I am I pray that I will be able to get my smile back he has ruined my confidence and well being I'm already 52,000 in debt with just to repair what he did every implant was improperly implanted and not the "nobel" implants that he says that will be implanted I have a picture of a screw you could buy at the local hardware store that he put in me I have also the backup of 5 implant specialist in new to back me I am 100 % confident you will never practice again anyone that's need pictures and validation ask !

Greatnessj...do not go there..after 4 times and after four horrendous surgeries I am still here with no teeth, pain, infection and the place is filthy. I have everything on tape and pictures. The AAID and ABOI should be ashamed to have given him a certificate to post on his wall. He say he is the inventor of all on four...can you imagine that? Taking credit for somebody else work? Yes I have that on Video also. They disclose patient informations with no problem....a mess...
Same girl I have everything on video pictures they literally took in the USA out a screw from the hardware store that cancun dental placed in me. Horrible experience and costly
