6 months after.
Here is my stomach sucking vs not. As you can see there is some lumpiness and the bump above my belly button is really painful :(.
I saw the doctor for my 6mo post op and he said we could do another round but I’m waiting to hear back if this counts as a revision or not. I was told before surgery that revisions are free.
I’m a bit nervous to do anything again because my recovery was brutal but I’m not satisfied with the outcome currently.
if anyone has gotten two rounds of lipo I’d love to hear your experience!

I’m happy because I do see a difference, but I’m not ecstatic yet because I still feel my stomach is big compared to the rest of my body. I have a huge ball of scar tissue in my upper abdomen that sticks out which looks weird and is a little tender. I still feel like I project a lot from my side and the fat is pinchable there now (even though I haven’t gained weight). I also notice if I skip a night of sleeping in my compression garment, I feel some numbness and pain the next day, so hopefully that’s a sign that things will improve and more healing needs to happen. However, I’m concerned because I haven’t seen as much of a difference in the last month. I feel like a look a bit lumpy and uneven (especially near the waist, one side indents inwards a lot more than the other)- will see what the doc has to say at my check in a few months. I hope I can achieve a flat stomach one day!

Your stomach is flat! The front view of your before pic has so much fat! Your doctor did a great job.
I think your stomach looks very natural. If the PS takes too much fat you end up with a lumpy stomach everywhere. I think you look great
I agree with the pp’s that you do look great! But I also do understand what you are trying to say as in your 7 week update your side view did look smaller. I’m assuming maybe you are still swelling!? I guess when they say it takes up to 6 months it is true. Hoping your swelling soon resolves!
hi there! how are you doing after a few months in? I just got a smart lipo a week ago.. i'm worried that lumps can develop and seem uneven. but so far i see no issues.
Exactly! Thank you! To be fair my earlier updates were taken immediately after taking my compression garment off (you can see by the lines), but this is just how it is now. I saw my PS surgery and he said we could do another around so I am thinking about it and not sure what to do
I'm feeling good physically! All lumps underneath the skin except for one ball of scar tissue have gone away! Hope you have an awesome recovery!
