35 years old- first time Botox!

I am very happy with the results of my Botox treatment. I had been pondering it for a while because the wrinkles under my eyes as well as my crows feet were becoming more and more noticeable, mostly just when I would smile. It really bugged me. I found Dr. Richards after doing plenty of research here on RealSelf, on Yelp, and also on Groupon where he was offering a special. I was afraid that the treatment might not work for me, because I know under the eyes is a less common area for Botox. Dr. Richards actually told me it would not work there and suggested a blepharoplasty. However, the Botox he injected in my crows feet actually did help smooth the area under my eyes as well. I didn't need much in my forehead but I had purchased the 50 units and Dr. Richards wanted to inject it there as well. I think next time I might do less in my forehead though. I was a little nervous about the pain of the needles, so he gave me ice before the shots, but I don't know if it helped. It did hurt, but was definitely tolerable, and I am a total wuss with needles! I noticed results after a few days and they continued to get better and better. My after photo was taken exactly 2 weeks after treatment. The before photo was the day of treatment, before the procedure. After the procedure I did have some small spots on my face from the needles, but I covered them with makeup. I really love my results and plan to do this regularly from now on. I highly suggest it to anyone considering the procedure, it was SO worth it!
