1 year 3 months
It’s about 1 year 3 months after my surgery. Best thing I ever did. Love that my scar is super low. I’m working out about 3-4 days a week, I do boot camps that work out the entire body and some cardio, no diet really I’m not even going to lie. I don’t want to loose or gain weight, I like where I am at. There are a few girl friends at the gym that have gained alot of weight after their surgeries because they didnt exercise or diet and I do NOT want that to happen to me. If you are reading this and are thinking about having the surgery, do it! Totally worth it.
Bikini pics
I have never worn a bikini in my life! Lol And you cant even see my scar. I think I look pretty good! I hope I will be brave enough to wear it out in public lol
8 months today! Finally some pics
Today is my 8 month anniversary. Some days I am really flat and others not so much. Around my period I bloat and my belly gets very roundish. My scar is coming along pretty good. The sides are fading nicely, the middle part is were my scar opened and took longer to heal, its darker and a little thick. I still use the Scar Away strips and I still use my waist trainer when I feel bloated. I need to hit the gym again, I’ve been slacking this summer but I will get me some abs soon haha
