For myself, the biggest noticeable difference was my lower eyelids. The skin was visibly tighter. The primary purpose of the peel was to eradicate pre-cancerous cells on my face (I have a history of skin cancer).
Thank you for replying. Did your downtime mean you couldn't leave the house? I had a 20% tca peel over a decade ago and I was unexpectedly very red looked burned for over a week. Results were great though.
You should be prepared to not leave your home for 7 days. You are required to have a very thick layer of aquaphor on your face 24/7. You won't want to be seen:).
I did a TCA cross and used aquaphor 24/7 for a week and my skin was covered in little red pimples and white heads once the skin peeled off. Not sure if something went wrong or not but I’m now left with red blemishes where the spots was. Very disappointing
