330cc under muscle/submuscular transaxillary breast augmentation

-Started to massage my implants this week
-left breast is way too sensitive than the right one
-sleeping issues getting better and better.
-Must have muscle relaxer before bed to wake up without the sharp pain on breasts ( i was planning to cut all the pills I have given after 1 week but unable to do so since morning pain just drove me crazy. )
- both armpits have numbness going on but i was assured that it will go soon
- finally some asymmetry visible left is lower than the right breast but i am pretty sure it is gonna be even soon.

Although I am pretty good at tolerating pain, sleeping is kinda nightmare to me right now. I am a face down sleeper and now let alone sleeping my face buried in the pillow I cannot sleep straight. I feel comfortable sleeping while sitting (45 degree angle)
Another annoying thing is stitches under my armpits rub whatever I wear. At night I put huge balls of cotton under my armpits so that I can sleep comfortably and not being aware of rubbing the stitches around and then remove them in the mornings.
Wearing things especially like long sleeved ones impossible for now. I need someone to hold it for me so that I can tuck in my arms without moving too many muscles ( because it hurts! A LOT )
Overall I am pretty happy with my results although they are not fully settled yet.

I have been working out like crazy for 5-6 years. My overall look in the mirror was exactly what I really wanna see but as I was loosing fat and gaining muscle my breast tissue was getting smaller too. So I decided to get 275cc implant under the muscle but ended up carrying 330cc on my chest ??????????? ( GO BIG OR GO HOME )
