My current front view. Had my surgery in 2020 of June. I like my old front profile compared with to my post opt same with my side profiles. I wasn’t given a morph of my front view only my side profiles.

Empty Nose Syndrome
The last 2 and a half years since my surgery I’ve been dealing with empty nose syndrome. It started off as dry nose and nasal obstruction which I believed to be due to a nasal valve collapsed but after seeing many ENTs they rooted the nasal valve collapsed out, saying that my nasal passage ways were wide open. Fast forward to now, I currently have no sensation of air in my right nostril and my nose is always so painful dry that it bleeds and crusts all the time. I’m constantly spraying my nose with saline water to get some relief but it’s only temporary. My quality of life has greatly declined since the surgery as I now suffer with insomnia caused by ens and only get a couple of hours a sleep a night.

Hello. What does Dr. bustillo say about the ENS? Also did he tell you he was going to reduce your turbinates or did he just do it on his own? I’m so sorry this happened to you. Cosmetically, your nose looks fine though.

Over Projected Nose Right Profile
Keep in mind I’m a female, so my profile looks horrendous as it is very masculine and big for my face. Apparently I came across other reviews on Google of a girl who had the same exact complaints about her revision done by Bustillo that her nose was bigger after fact than her previous nose before her surgery with him. I wasn’t made aware that my profile was going to be made longer if I would have known I would have picked a different doctor with a more suitable aesthetic technique for my kind of nose.

I think it looks like hailey Bieber nose. I love it! To me it is gorgeous. It will continue to change over 2 years. I’m sorry you don’t like it. I pray you will see what I see.
Hey there, I’ve had the surgery over 2 years ago so I’m afraid that’s the final shape. However that’s not even the worst of what has come from this surgery. Unfortunately he reduced my turbinates and left me with Empty nose syndrome which is a nightmare to deal with and has no cure. I have no air sensation in my right nostril and my left nostril isn’t giving me much relief either. It’s completely turn my life upside down and has given me really bad insomnia and facial and nose pain for which I take pain killers for. Unfortunately the surgery with Bustillo didn’t go well.
I understand how disturbed and anxious you must be feeling. My suggestion is to have a photographer take photos of you. You are obviously beautiful. Years After I had nose surgery (not with bustillo as I don’t know him) I visited top nose surgeon raj Kanodia in BH ca. I was there to get botox. First thing he said to me was your nose is too small and looks unnatural. You need it more natural. He doesn’t do revision rhinoplasties. I didn’t realize my nose was too small for my face. He referred me years later to a dr named Ben swartout to make it look more natural and larger. Now I realize it could be even larger now even after the revision. Just hoping maybe you aren’t seeing what others see. I understand though when something isn’t like you were hoping and thought.
