285 Cc Breast Augmentation and Abdominal Lipo, 31 Year Old

After thinking about doing a breast aug and abdominal lipo for over a decade, I finally decided to book an appointment. I'm 31 and have had one child. My breasts were in good shape before, so I didn't need to do a lift. I was debating doing 285 vs 255 cc (using the Sentra Silicone implant) and decided to do 285cc. Overall, I am really happy with my results. The recovery stages can be rough, between swelling and waiting for the implants to fluff and settle, but now that they are closer to the final result I am SO happy. I wanted a natural-looking result, and the implants definitely fit my frame well. The breast implant recovery was fairly easy, but the lipo recovery was more painful than I had anticipated.

Dr Z and his staff were wonderful, and I appreciated their 3D visualization technology in the office to help figure out implant sizing. I'm really happy I chose them and got the armpit/transaxillary incision since the scarring is really minimal. It was obnoxious not having mobility in my arms the first couple of weeks while healing, but I'm glad I don't have to worry about noticeable scars.
