I had my surgery yesterday the 25/9/2019
I can not explain how happy I am with the outcome my breasts look the perfect size for my body I am 167cm tall and 56kgs I have 485cc implanted and I don’t look over the top heavy. My surgeon was amazing and all of the staff at the Brisbane Canossa private hospital where friendly and I didn’t feel nervous at all.I was first up at 6:45am in the morning after fasting from midnight surgery went smoothly and I was up singing along to music in the recovery room having a sandwhich and a cup of tea.Day 1 after surgeryIt hurt to walk around too much pressure on my incision site and heaviness on my chest but no real pain of my actual breasts themselves Night 1 Holy [RS bleep] - the pain at night was horrible the incision site felt like it was burning and the swelling really kicked in I had ice packs which where the best and took my pain relief as often as I could. Sleeping up right is a night mare when your hurting already and you can’t get comfortable would recommend doing it a few nights before surgery to get use to it.Day 2Today I woke up more swollen and sore not over the top painful just really uncomfortable unless I get up and try and walk around more then it just hurts lol , I undid my bra to have a quick wash with baby wipes and get all the surgical marking off of me and take a peek I’m really happy with how my girls are looking. Will keep updating regularly as I found this site super helpful before I got mine

Hi, just wondering if you were recommended a lift? I look similar to your before pic and have had 3 consults so far that all recommended a lift but I really don't want one. You look great by the way.

Night 2 and day 3

Well night 2 was a little better pain wise, I was able to sleep on my back instead of upright with permission from my surgeon. I still woke 3 times and room my pain medication because I was still really swollen and sore.
Day 3 today I am heading home I’m currently sitting on a train to the airport then flying an hour I’m hoping the pressure in the plane won’t be too uncomfortable but walking around today I don’t have as much pain my boobs feel softer and I have more movement.
They do still feel really tight somtimes i feel like I need to take a deep breath and scar site is tender like the bra rubs on it I’m forever trying to take the pressure off I ended up putting a bit of tissue on either side to take that pressure away somewhat and feel a lot better.
Ps still seems unreal when I look In the mirror and I have boobs lol

Grats on the results. What is your height? The 485cc would look huge on my wife, but fits your body nicely. Sizing is tough!
Thanks for letting us know how your recovery has been going so far - please feel free to update when you can.
