How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

I had consultations with 4 different plastic surgeons in total prior to my surgery and I can honestly say that Dr. Lisa Korus gave me the best experience by far. Her bedside manner is great and she was very attentive to my concerns. She didn't rush the appointment and didn't make me feel like a nuisance with all the questions that I had. Kelsey and Stacie are an absolute delight to work with. Stacie was very prompt with any questions that I called/emailed her about and she's always on top of things. I left the appointment feeling like I was heard and absolutely have zero complaints about how I was treated. I knew in my gut that she was the right surgeon for me, so I booked the surgery right then and there at the consult!
I started out between an A/B 32. I'd mostly wear B32 and end up with some gapping in my bras. I've always had issues with my left breast appearing larger than my right due to having mild scoliosis. I of course didn't expect them to be perfectly symmetrical but the fact that she used sizers during the operation to gauge what would look best put me at ease. My desired result is to be a Full B/Small C (a more natural look).
She ended up going with an Allergen Natrelle Inspira 275 cc SRM (moderate profile) implant on the left and a 335 cc SRF (full profile) implant on the right. Although it's only been a week so far, I can already tell that I was right in trusting her judgement!
I would say that my post-op healing experience has been better than expected. I don't think my pain has gone over a 5/6 out of 10 so far. I did go through some constipation, but since stopping my pain meds 2-3 days ago, my bowel movements have now become regular with some help from taking Restoralax (stool softener). I'm now just taking extra-strength Tylenol to manage the pain.
One thing I haven't seen many people mention is the irritation as a result of the breathing tube being stuck down your throat during the surgery. My throat was quite dry and there is still some phlegm in there but it's getting better every day. It certainly makes you want to drink more water during the recovery, so that's a bonus since they tell you to drink lots of fluids afterwards!
I was hesitant to post a review and pictures, but I know I spent countless hours on Real Self prior to my surgery so I thought it would only be right to pay it forward! I will keep on updating my progress! I'm hoping they will drop and fluff nicely as I think they are sitting quite high right now, as expected!
