1 year after baby #3 - planning implant revision
WORTH IT$6,500
Our third baby just turned one and I think I’m ready for a revision! I breast-fed for eight months and just like after the other kids, my breasts feel very deflated and I have little to no volume left on the top.
I’m overall pretty content with how they look but after doing some research am ready for a change because we are done having kids and my current implants are 12 years old!
I came across Quintessa and met with Dr. Thayer & booked surgery for mid June for an implant revision!
We’re looking to improve:
Size (unsure yet what size we’ll go with by product round 425cc)
Fullness on top (by doing mesh under)
Cleavage (fullness in middle)

1 Year after baby #2 (breastfed 9 months)
Hi all! Thanks for your patience with this update. I felt like I didn’t have a ton to share, and also sharing a postpartum body any sooner than now did not excite me, but here we go! I breastfed our second for 9 months. We only stopped because she lost interest. Implants again had no impact on our journey, but after 2 I definitely feel like I’ve lost more volume. My natural breast tissue seems to have totally vanished. I have more rippling in my implants, especially if I flex my pecks. I still wear a 32DD but feel much smaller chested and don’t really ever have much cleavage.
I’m undecided on wanting to go to a consult to have them redone. There’s been so much online about implant illness (which I don’t have now) that I’m worried about disrupting anything. I would definitely get a bigger implant if I did get them redone. While in no rush, I’d also like to go for a 3rd in a few years so might make sense to wait! We’re really going on year 9 with these implants (done in 2014) so might be time anyways!

Thanks for this! I’m 24 and I’ve been wanting to get my boobs done for a while. My biggest concern/reservation is when I want to start a family is if I’ll be able to breastfeed normally. Obviously everyone is different but hearing your story from actual experience helps!
As someone who recently had a breast augmentation at 30 (after waiting a decade), and does want kids in the next few years, you have no idea how useful your posts have been! Thank you so much, and I have to say you look wonderful !
Totally agree. Do you think you can post a video Emilys34?
I think you look great and you had an excellent surgeon. You are perfectly proportioned for your body type.
Okay, you look incredible. So slim after #1, then again, after #2! Keep up that exercise.
What is your height and weight? How many cc did you get?
I'm 5'5", 115 and I have 350cc.

6 weeks PP after baby #2
6 weeks PP after baby #2 and feeling great. Implants not effecting breastfeeding whatsoever. I like the size they are when they Are full, but definitely feel a bit deflated after nursing. Side profile and straight on, not super full in those pictures!

Love this! They’re sitting so nice after two kids and feeding. Would you be able to post a picture laying down? How do they sit?
Sorry I haven't gotten a good pic laying down! It hard to get. Mine don't fall to the side much, but I know that can happen over time.
Thank you! Could you do a video update for us?
Did you ever have any symptoms of breast implants illness??? I really want mine done but I’m terrified of that and not having money to remove
I agree! Would like to know as well. I am in the same boat. Cancelled my last surgery at the last minute.
Hi! No I haven't :)
Thanks so much for your reply!
They look fantastic! The effects of breastfeeding on implants is interesting. Can you post pictures of when they are full?
The third picture shows a time before I breastfed. That size is about what id desire to move to when we are done having kiddos :) easily a cup size or 2 bigger.
Wow! This is something I have always worried about! I don't have kids yet but the clock is ticking lol and I desperately want to breastfeed. I know everyone has different bodies but after breastfeeding two babies your breasts look amazing! Not many stories on here about results after having/breastfeeding kids with implants. Thank you for sharing your story. Love your results!
Thank you! Even with implants, breastfeeding definitely impacts the size and shape permanently but happy overall with how they've held up and my breastfeeding experiences have been great!
Totally agree! This review is invaluable.
