One Year!!!

Today is my one year anniversary of getting them done!!
I did a boudoir photo shoot awhile back and picked one where my boobs looked really great in that angle LOL. I also took a video to show mobility and softness. They are incredibly jiggly and I’m not afraid to touch them or move them around at all. They are 100% a part of my body now in full capacity. This whole year with them has been amazing and pain free! It went by so fast and I remember being close to passing out a year ago when I was in the operating room, haha!!
Huge thank you to Dr. Newen and his entire team for my wonderful experience!

8 Months Post Op

I’m so sorry I didn’t update sooner (especially during my 6 month post op!) but better now than being done with updates right? Lol.
At this point, almost one year later, I FORGET I even had a “mini” boob job!! It totally just slips my mind that it was the biggest thing I did in 2018. Sometimes I accidentally put pressure on one breast (like when laying down on it) and I just have a little “oops” reaction and I don’t even freak out. Silicone cohesive gel feels so comfortable!!
Now more than ever I’m seeing that what I got was a pretty much a “mini” boob job as I had just mentioned. It looks small from going up just one cup size. I do wish they looked bigger right at this very moment, but I also have to think about long-term: what if I gain weight? What if I get pregnant? When I think about those questions, my breasts right now could possibly grow into a “C” cup (especially with pregnancy). I knew from the very beginning that a “C” cup size was my absolute max/limit. If those scenarios ever happened to me, a “C” cup would be the least of my worries and I’d probably be cool with it! If I had gone into a “C” cup right away by getting 250+cc, I’d be a “D” if I gained weight or got pregnant and had kids. OMG I never ever wanted to be a “D” cup size with my tiny body!! I’m proud I left room for future possibilities because I do believe it would all work out in the long run. Besides, I can decide in 10+ years when I have to change these out if I want to change the size by then too!
Last thing in my update, I was asked a question about how my scars are looking right now. Well...they’re still there lol. But I haven’t really been trying my hardest to reduce them. The scars just don’t really bother me? I still did try to put scar tape on it recently because it won’t hurt to leave tape on my body and forget about it while it does some healing magic. I used something called “Scar Away” which I got from Amazon. I’ve only used it for about 2-3 weeks and I feel like it did nothing. Has anyone tried this brand? Should I be using it for much longer? When I used “Embrace” from in my very early my updates, I felt that work INSTANTLY and it made my scar sooooo itchy! (Which is a good thing cause it means skin cells are re-generating itself to heal). Did I feel it more with Embrace because it was more of a fresh scar back then than it is now? I would love to hear anyone’s input on scar tape experiences!
P.S. - front clasp bras that push your boobs together? WOW. Does Victoria’s Secret have more front clasp options?!

3 Months Post Op

Hi all!
My last update was during my 6 weeks into post op. I use to update every week when I had just gotten my surgery but now that things are much more stable and no new changes are happening, I will try to update every other month or so.
I finally felt ready to be sized in Victoria’s Secret and get new bras. I measured to a 32B!! Formerly a 32AA/32A. I got the amazing “T-Shirt” bra from Victoria’s Secret which has no push up, light padding and no underwire. It makes my boobs feel so snug and secure! I love it!! I bought 4 new bras in 32B lol.
I now know what it’s like to experience boob sweat, how uncomfortable it is to lie on your stomach (I got a massage and had to prop a rolled-up towel on my upper chest for support), and how boob jiggling feels like. It’s a whole new life lol!
An interesting photo I thought I’d share is my last photo. I can press my boobs down/flat and when I do so, you can definitely see more of the round implant shape. Still looks quite natural to me though!
