Hello!
I am set for my breast augmentation surgery in about less than 2 weeks. I mostly wear 32A bras and to be honest, my breast don’t really fill the bra cups out all the way. I have settled on 175cc because I’m aiming for at least a B cup - but no more than a C. I realize I do have an amount of breast tissue to start with. I’m not looking for anything huge at all. I personally feel 175cc is a good size for my body.
My photos show me trying on sample sizers of 175cc in the doctor’s office. One photo shows me with both sample sizers and the other is a comparison of my natural breast in the bra vs the implant on the other side.
I love that I can find other women here who are around the same age, body frame, and size as me but everyone seems to be going +300cc and I don’t really see anyone going around the 100cc range. Where are you 100cc girls at?! Lol. I’d love to hear all your thoughts and opinions of 175cc! :)
Thanks!

Done! Day 1
pleasemerubywooMay 21, 2018
I did it!! It is about 7 hours later after I got them done. Oh my god I was freaking out so bad as they were prepping me. I got lightheaded and nauseous and they upped my fluids twice. The anesthesiologist walked me through the process of going under and all the pain and nausea medication he will give me. I told him I did not want to be as groggy and sick as I was when I went under for my wisdom teeth removal. Back then I threw up twice and even blacked out and collapsed. This time was a different kind of anesthesia than what they use at the dentist. The nausea medication they administered gave a huge sting to my private parts. I know that sounds weird and unusual but something about it affects your endocrine because it goes immediately to your blood. They told me that would happen for about 30 seconds but these seconds are better than 2-3 days of throwing up :). All the needles for fluids, pain, and nausea hurts though at the moment of administration ugh.
I went out like a light and woke up already done. I was groggy but not at all in pain!! I stood up fine and moved my arms okay. I was coherent and not confused. I got in the car just fine. I went to the bathroom like 3 times already just fine too. I feel a tight pain down my sternum, between my breasts more than anything. It’s uncomfortable but nothing unbearable. Lightly poking my breasts feels very tender. I think what may have helped my day be so easy was:
1) I did not go that big, only 175cc on both sides2) I drank so much water with electrolyte powder about 3 large bottles a day to stay as hydrated as I can for surgery. In this way, I won’t be so affected by being groggy or the anesthesia3) Amazing surgeon with meticulous precision and such a great staff! :)4) Eating a snack or meal with every medication no matter what
I have not taken off anything to get a look at them. I’m quite scared to. So unfortunately I’m only able to take a pic from the front. When I’m ready I will unwrap and snap photos for y’all!

Hi! Do you know what’s your bdw measurement?
June 24, 2018
I did not but I asked the doctor’s office for what it said on my file and they scanned it to me. I just don’t know how to read it? Lol. I posted a photo of it on my 5 week post op update if you’d like to check it out! :)

Hey! Thanks for posting the measurements :) I don’t see the bed number cause it’s usually in 10-13 number rage - but appreciate you trying :). You are looking better as better with every update!

I actually not sure what profiles was my old 200cc implant. All i know it was Mentor saline smooth implant and it was armpit incisions.
My boyfriend and all my ex boyfriend Loved my old boobs.
My new one now is Mentor memory gel smooth high profile 375cc.
Now I am on my Day 4 post surgery, I feel great and not much pain after surgery.
I even went shopping yesterday afternoon.

If your implant is under the muscle, saline implant feel pretty natural still. I liked it very much and one good things about saline implant is you don't need to get mammography every 3 years, because if your implant rupture you can tell right away. And of course saline is cheaper compare to silicone.
Silicone feels more natural than saline, however we have to worry about silence rupture. Good luck.

Day 1 Photos

Almost 12 hours since my surgery on day 1 and I ended up opening it up to take a peak at it hehe. I LOVE IT! It looks like the perfect size that I wanted. They feel so rock hard and tender - also a little numb, maybe from just icing it. It’s exactly what I wanted!! They don’t quite feel like “mine” yet as they are foreign objects inside my body but it will be an adjustment.
