I'm 6 months noe, I dont have any pain, I gain some weight back but my clothes fell looser???? I feel great, but I'm always scared that I'm gonna gain weight back.. It is pretty scary. My scars are fading away, im still a DD .. What is ok, it is priceless to be ableto not wear a bra. Worth every little bit!

Almost 4 months, not taking my diet seriously.. Well went back to trainning but if I do abs .. It really hurts amd I fell bloated, is thst normal? Also I need to stay away from the sun, can u tape the incisions and still go to the sun?

Totally fabulous! Yes, it's normal to hurt and bloat with ab work at the beginning. Use sun block on your incision and cover it up before going in the sun. Enjoy your sexiness :)))
