Since I was about 8 years old my nose naturally...

Since I was about 8 years old my nose naturally had a projected tip. After being broken a few times it developed a dorsal bump and was very noticeably crooked. Breathing was very difficult as I had very limited air flow through my nostrils. I had been reassured from others that previously had rhinoplasty and my surgeon that the process was not going to be painful and the recovery would be quick. This was very true as I believe the most uncomfortable part of the entire procedure is breathing through your mouth afterwards. Your throat will be quite dry but after the cast is removed it becomes much easier. I quickly started having air flow through my nostrils better than I had ever imagined and the swelling subsided drastically. Being about 1.5 months since my surgery I can say I am absolutely in love with my new nose shape and its breathing capabilities! It looks so natural and does not stand out in photos which was something I use to dread. I hated being in pictures and now I would not even think to shy away from them. It has boosted my confidence drastically and left me feeling so much more beautiful. I could not be more thankful for the outcome I was left with. The after care is simple to follow and I would never regret going through this procedure.

I believe that you must have confidence in your surgeon and feel that you expect the same end results. From my personal experience with surgeons I prefer to feel that they are providing me with realistic results, being brutally honest and quite frankly just blunt about my expectations. I feel I received all this and more when dealing with Dr. Zakhary and her staff. Don't get me wrong, her beautiful smile and great bed side manners will dazzle you as well but when it comes down to business this woman has the perfect approach. Her staff are above and beyond friendly as well as professional. I have been in contact with the office regularly and had a few unplanned visits of which they were happy to accomodate me with regardless of how minor the issues may have seemed. I have thoroughly enjoyed going through my process with this team of ladies. Dr. Zakhary clearly takes pride in her work and provides astonishing results!
