It's been a pain free experience + arms CS'd (Week 4)

$450
It's been 4 weeks since I got my flanks, upper and lower abdomen coolsculpted and I got most feeling in the area back. I never did get late onset pain and no itchiness whatsoever. I went to Japan 11 days after CS and walked mostly 8-10 hours a day for another 9 days straight. No issues in the midsection during the entire trip but didn't pay much attention to see whether it's gotten smaller or not. Now that I'm back home, I started paying more attention to it and it seems to be slightly flatter in the upper and lower abdomen despite the fact that around this time of the month, I naturally get more bloated. I didn't notice much difference in the flanks though.

Last Saturday, I got my arms CS too. Like the experience from doing the midsections, it didn't hurt during the process but when the technician was massaging the area, it burned like hell! The burning lasted another 5 minutes after the massage. It was more painful than doing the midsection. It's been 3 days and the area is just mostly numb but not painful. There is some bruising but again, doesn't hurt and I went back to working out as usual.

Day 5-7

It's been a week since I've done my lower abdomen and day 6 since my flanks and upper abdomen. Days 5-7 was nothing too different than what I've been feeling. My bruises are completely healed now and the numbness is still slowly going away. There's no more tenderness when I put pressure in the treated areas and I am comfortable lying on my stomach doing some yoga poses. I'm still waiting for the nerve pain.

I worked out on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday doing a lot of sparring (limiting punches to the midsection just in case) and I also did a yoga sesssion Saturday and Sunday morning (with two light jogs around the track after). I felt no pain during any of these sessions although the fat parts stomach while jogging feels "looser" and more jiggly. It's a weird sensation but not painful at all.

I don't know if it's in my head but I feel a minor tingly sensation that happens for maybe 10 sec a few times a day. Nothing lasting and nothing painful or intolerable. It's actually quite negligible to the point I'm wondering if it's really from the treatment or period cramps.

On Saturday, I went back to the clinic for vitamin B shots (which the nurse offered as part of the CS package to help boost metabolism). Got injected in the treatment area (lower abodomin) and felt no pain.

The treatment so far has truly been no down time but maybe I'll get hit by extreme pain tomorrow. Will keep you posted!

Day 4 - I think I'm getting some feeling back

For the most part, I am still numb but no pain. My upper abs doesn't seem as numb as before and if I apply pressure there, it just feels like muscle soreness. The bruises on my flanks look to be healing - I'm seeing some yellow along the edges. I think the arnica tablets and gel is really helping speed up the healing process. I'm still constantly wearing compression pants or just regular tights to minimize friction on the skin.

I'm also rubbing acetone on the permanent marker lines every night to slowly fade them away. I don't want to scrub the skin too much in one go to avoid irritating the skin.

I haven't noticed any more swelling. I've read some people swell up so much they look pregnant but I haven't seen that in my case. The peak swelling was probably day 2 but it could have been just me being bloated (which happens whenever I'm close to getting my period). So the swelling really is negligible. It does make me a little nervous that maybe the CS didn't work and that I wouldn't see results. Only time will tell!

I plan to head to the gym today to do some light training.
