After my nostril reduction with Dr. Landsman 8 years ago my life has changed for the better and I owe it all to Dr. Landsman. I went from no messages on dating websites to now having a husband and children living in the suburbs. Fast forward 8 years later, I’ve decided to go for the full rhinoplasty and of course I won’t go to any other doctor. I can trust Dr. Landsman to keep me looking young and beautiful so I decided to keep coming back despite moving to NJ. Now I drive 2.5 hours to Dr. Landsman because his expertise is worth it. I’ve only done facial/nasal work with him and I’m extremely satisfied so far. After I lose some postpartum weight, I plan on going to Dr. Landsman for a mommy makeover. I highly recommend Dr. Landsman and I would send my friends and family to him with confidence.

11 Months Post Procedure and I am ready for more!
Today makes the 11 month anniversary of my alarplasty. All of my research suggests that the final results are visible after one year. Therefore, this will be my last post-procedure update.
I close by recommending this procedure to anyone who wants to correct this minor imperfection. In my case, the result is subtle and natural looking, just as I requested. Thanks to this success, I am now addicted to permanent beauty enhancements. I am currently looking forward to a bullhorn lip lift to shorten my upper lip and a lower eye lid blepharoplasty for my dark circles.

Your nose looks great and very natural. Do you notice any difference when breathing through your nose. Like noticeably less air? Can you still take the same kind of deep breath through your nose?

Hi! There is absolutely no difference in my breathing. The nasal openings are much closer to the face than the nostrils are.

I am considering an alarplasty as well, I'm prone to hypertrophic scarring. I was hoping that u could post pics of ur scars. Or message me directly.

3-months later...
I has been 3 months and 11 days and I am noticing that my uneven smile has give me an uneven nose. I am going to give it some time to settle in some more before I consider adjusting my nose to fit my smile.

How are the scars doing? Any close up pictures?

The scars are have gotten a lot better. I will take photos when I get a chance. I used dermatix ultra, which definitely helped.

I had hypertrophic scars but they were temporary and particular to my skin.
