200 cc Silicone Breast Implant Removal

I had 200 cc silicone breast implants placed under the muscle a little over two years ago. I had a consultation with a new doctor due to one of my implants feeling slightly tighter/less natural than the other. He said this was due to a "double bubble" on the inner bottom half of the pocket. I am still having a shooting burning pain on my other implant, and both have a dull soreness time to time. They dont feel like they are fully healed. I lost a lot of sensation in the bottom half of my nipples and the sides and bottom of my breasts, and it still hasnt returned. I am thinking about having an explant, but want know if sensation will come back to my nipples and parts of my breasts after the implants are removed? I also feel like my skin looks dull and eyes have had redness problems and wonder if this is due to the implants as well? Any insight is helpful!
