Dr. Karolak does!!!!. Although I did feel some tightness after the surgery I did not have any post operative pain to speak of. I had the procedure done on a Tuesday and went back to work the following Monday. I had some swelling and minor bruising, but looked so much better than prior to having the procedure done. Having this lower facelift done with such a skilled and meticulous surgeon, has changed my life. I feel happier and more confident with the way I look.
