Ultherapy update

$2,299
Sorry took long updating you all.. First of all the scars from the burns on my neck never went away, I had to get help from my surgeon he did some scar removal on the biggest one but it’s still very visible, so on top of having trouble skin now I have added burn marks.. Not to mention ever since I did the ultherapy my hyperpigmentation or Melasma has gotten worse.. I see slight improvement on the double chin but that’s about it... No I will never try ultherapy ever again and I will never step foot into Medspa 44 again.. Remember I had lots of swelling right after the treatment on face and neck.

Oh my the scaring is deep, I hope you reported it to fda!! And will the clinic help with the cost of the scar removal!! At least it’s on your neck there is really good silicone scar cream on amazon, retinol and vit c cream really helped my hyperpigmentation
You look great! The scar will settle down just have patience. The double chin is much less! I have followed many reviews of ultherapy. It looks like you are a great candidate. Your face will not melt off. Hang in there. Eat well. Get exercise use sunscreen. Don't mess with scar. It will heal. You are the type of skin that has pigmentation with scars. Go to a reputable dermatologist and don't pick at your skin. I would say don't do any more ultherapy sessions. You have good results with just one treatment. Don't push your luck.
I see the result!. You look great.
I heard somebody in this discussing saying that Ultherapy for the face is not FDA approved. Is that true?
Ulthearpy is not fda approved at all!!! It’s only cleared for the neck it is not supposed to be used on face!!! Also if you get it done ask for nothing more than 50-300 lines, ulthearpy gained approval for no more than 325 lines but they are using 800 plus lines
My Dermatologist is strongly suggesting this. Please advise

The results according to other reviews I've seen take time, the results are not immediate 3 to 6 months for optimal results.
Screen names of other reviewers you mention with “optimal results” 3 to 6 months later please-
I've watched quite a few reviews of Ultherapy on YOUTUBE. Just search for "Ultherapy reviews". I don't recall any specific screen names on Realself.
Also, I just noticed your question asking about scarring and pigmentation. For scars you definitely have must stay out of the sun and when you're finally able to start wearing sunscreen. Usually, if you do these two things the pigmentation will improve but stay out of the sun.
My personal experience with a scar I had on my face as a result of something I did to myself. I wore sunscreen everyday tried to stay out of the sun. After about 6 months of noticing that I had some darker pigmentation on the scar (the scar was smooth, no texture) I decided to have IPL on my face. The results were great after 3 treatments, I continue to wear sunscreen.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Thank you for sharing your experience. As a result of people like you the rest of us may learn to ask better questions and make better choices.
Nicely put. No sun or UL. Especially for your face.
Hi,
Please keep us posted. I went to Med SPA 44 for a consultation but I am still not sure if I should go to them for this treatment. I had done in Jersey for much more and I am looking for a little cheaper.
I had done it under eyes and chicks. I have not seen any result so far. They recommend to wait 3-6moths. Please update with pictures because I considering using them.
I will do the same since we live in the same area and we can compare providers.
Thank You.
Any picture updates from your treatment? It's been a few months now :)
Please post some updated photos and let us know how the treatment is working for you
please post pictures now, any changes? any scars?

Ultherapy progress

This is the 6th day after ultherapy, thank God the swelling continues to go down.. I’m hoping that it was worth it to have this done.. I tried to get rid of this double chin that I’ve notice I had two years ago. First I tried kybella which was a big mistake because Kybella leaves you with a bull frog look, then I’ve tried lipo of the chin not much disappear, now ultherapy and I give up if it doesn’t work.., the blisters are starting to heal.. if anyone knows a good treatment for scars and pigmentation let me know.

You look amazing! I can't believe you got such fabulous results from your first treatment. They may have been too aggressive with you, hence the blisters, but the difference is incredible!
I don't know what treatment you got but definitely not Ultherapy. There is no such thing as burns from Ultherapy and there is no way that it would only cost 50$. Sorry, not possible.
Also... Xanax??? There is this even coming from??? and why???
If not mistaken she paid $50 for the Xanax not the treatment.
Who is yelenamak?
You do realize just what ultherapy does to someone’s FACE don’t you?
Look it up- patients 3-6-9 months later. Not 1-2-3 weeks later.. usually by the 2nd to 3rd month .., read the hundreds.

Check these women out on this site..this is just a few- there’s hundreds more.
Is it so bad. Where can i go and see it. Please tell me
Stay out of the sun, use sunscreen if possible and try Arnica pills if possible for healing.
I really wish you had read about ultherapy before doing this.
It is not FDA approved for the face dear.
It melts the fat from the inside of your face- please read- research- there’s tons on this forum- they will help you.
Good luck.
Please throw some light on this. My Dermatologist is advising me this. I am 35. What about the safer alternatives?
