It's been one month since I had CS done on my flanks... u know actually I should say on my love handles because the flanks are more on the back side... where I initially wanted to have the procedure done....

May I ask? If you wanted the procedure done on your back "flanks", why did you instead get it done on your side/front love handles? What changed your mind on the location of treatment?

WestTXhappy when they place the suction to me it felt like it was on my flanks but when I saw the bruises on the mirror tht wasn't the case... I have the marks from the CS on my sides... I just hoping to see results within the next couple of weeks

I had a similar situation with the wrong placement of the pads for my CS procedure. CoolSculpting done on my back, was to be below bra band, the tech I consulted with said she would place "pad" parallel not horizontal. At my appt time, my tech was sick, so diff tech did it. When both sides were finished marks showed the pad placed horizontally, I told her BEFORE she started that my treatment plan was place them parallel, AND the pads were place 4" above the areas to be treated! I called the same day as soon as I saw the bruising when I got home. The tech told me she could not get the pads to "grip" in the other direction. I told her I am concerned that I wont see the results, she said wait 3 months and come back for another treatment if needed. I go back the end of August. Will see if they try to recharge me!

I experienced a slight numbness the first couple of days, then about 2/3 days of tenderness when touched. It seem the painful areas are the abdominal, did you have CS or are planning on getting it done..

I had lower abdominal done and had tremendous pain from days 5-10. Glad it wasn't too bad for you!

I also had mine place on a different spot. I wanted my inner thighs done where they touch. I thought that was were they were placed. Once home I noticed the redness more towards the back of my thigh. Its not that big of a deal to me....My entire thigh needs it.

So I had the CS procedure done today and I got to say it was a breeze! the worst part was that ICE sheet skin protector!
other than that the suctioning of the CS didn't hurt as much as I thought .. I have bruises on each side of my flanks and a slight numbing at this time... lets see how my flanks will look N feel within the next couple of days... also the nurse (Michelle) was nice and came into the room a few times to check up on me N ensure I was comfortable N doing OK ... Well I guess now it's just a waiting game and all I want is for great results to show asap!

OOO... so tomorrow is my cool sculpting procedure on my flanks.. hoping this will help tone down those flanks... I added some before pic N tomorrow I'll post an update (pix) during and after CS procedure... wish me luck!

Thanks for your update. Will you be having more treatments? Many say their clothes fit better after having the procedure. Have you experienced that?
