WORTH IT$1,101
I had one fraxel treatment followed up by two treatments of Cosmelan and it totally cleared up my dark brown pigmentation issues on my face. The photos speak for themselves. The fraxel had me down for about 4 days and the Cosmelan had me down about a 3 days. But with the results I received it was well worth it.

Good for you for doing your homework. Maybe try the cosmolon. It seemed to give me the best results, even better than fraxel. It's a creme they rub on and it's a 3 day peel with lots and lots of peel...it's about 600.00 for 2 sessions, I think. I would do that first. My Dr. is amazing. He ONLY does faces, so he knows them so well and he doesn't do any cutting. Only skin fillers and treatments. He's so specialized which I love. I hate those Dr. That do Boobs to Botox, they can't possibly know the face as well as someone who only concentrates on the face. I wish you the best of luck.

So I'm not excluding fraxel dual. I had one consult . No chemical peels for me as my skin is prone to redness , very fair and thin.pccasional erythema might become permanent.. No co2 for me either- same reasons . I am seeing one doc on October 11. I'll see what he suggests. I'm surprisingly collected considering the seriousness of the situation. Had a slight , one minute panick attack but in general I'm hanging in. did you have some fine lines or lines or wrinkles on the forehead? Did they disappear?

My friend had a chemical peel done and she has been left with 5 2/3rd degree burns on her face. Now uses something topical and seriously, just as effective.
Did you peel?Thank you.
I'm considering laser and feel overwhelmed with a host of negative reviews.
One doc burnt my décolletage with ipl/yag last October , and just a few days ago I found out that three laser sessions I had at the start of last year were not vascular laser sessions ( much lighter) but fractional ( Palomar not fraxel). I watched my skin fall apart and thought it was because I was 39. Had a series of filler injections. Now, I'm positive it was due to high settings that 1540 Palomar has. I'm phototype 1, rosacea, hypersensitive. I don't suppose I will try Fraxel even though your results are amazing. It's good to know it works wonders to skin quality if only performed by a professional.
