Worst customer service ever.... The doctor is a nice person but when it comes to repairing something they did wrong they are not reliable they dont take responsability for anything even when the work wasnt completed. I had an earlobe done back in june, the stitches came off the day after even tho my ear was covered by the doctor, went back next day and they say theres was nothing ghey can do that i needed to wait at least 1 month, i been scheduling appointments which they always cancel for some reason, still todays date and they have not fix anything, spoke to lissandra, alexandra and kari even their manager and they all seem to not care. I requested for my $ to be refunded and the manager told me today that if i call again she was going to call the cops and accuse me of being violent. Me violent? So they say im violent for requesting my money to be refunded since they cant complete the work. I had to cancel everything trough my credit card and also report eith the police that the manager was threatning me of calling the cops and tell them i was being violent. Thanks god i recored all the conversation i had with her where they see i was just asking for a full refund of $300 that was charged to my card and her threatning me even tho i repetedly told her im expecting a baby!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME
