I had the absolute best lower face lift experience with Dr. Mendelsohn! This is something I had been thinking about for over 3 years, but could not seem to fit it into my work schedule. I found myself in a job transition, which opened up an opportunity for me to have the procedure done, but I had a short window of time to get it done. Dr. Mendelsohn was able to adjust his schedule and fit me in very quickly. He and his patient educator, Mark both talked me through what I could expect from the procedure and every step that would take place so I was fully prepared. When I talked with Dr. Mendelsohn, it's like talking to your best friend - he totally understands how you are feeling - he's open, honest, caring and a true expert in his field. The office provided me with everything I would need to prep for surgery and take care of my incisions afterwards. Dr. Mendolsohn made a number of personal phone calls to me to make sure I was ready and comfortable. Everyone in the office was so professional and friendly. I felt the entire staff appreciated my privacy. It was so convenient that the procedure was done right in the office and without anesthesia. (don't worry - you don't feel a thing!) I could be in public about 8 days following surgery, but I was fully confident to go out at 2 weeks post surgery. I would highly recommend the procedure and Dr. Mendelsohn.
