In the early days there was no sweat. Right…

In the early days there was no sweat. Right now I'm a little apprehensive because I feel the sweat coming back. I confess I barely saw the first stain of sweat on my sweater felt a desperation. My doctor says that sweat glands do not regenerate so what suo now after the first treatment will not get worse. But it will be true. I'm sweating more today than 1 week ago. Is it normal? I have scheduled the second treatment in two months, I will continue to write my experience. I am a little apprehensive and scared because in the first two weeks I did not sweat a single drop but now it is slowly returning. Much less than sweat but I fear that continuing this way will return to what it was. Let's see how it goes. I put so much into this procedure that I do not know what it will look like if it does not work out.
Is anyone aware of people who have had the treatment for more than two or three years and continue well? Or was it always showing up over time? thanks

My Miradry experience - Does the solution really exist?

Firstly I wanted to say that I did the treatment 4 days ago but I am not able to record my testimony because I can not even find my country on the list much less the doctor. Sorry. I hope it behaves in the same way to read.

I live in Portugal, I am 36 years old woman and I have suffered for many years with hyperhidrosis.
It is a very lonely disease because it distances us from the life we wanted to have and we often can not explain why. Those who do not have this problem can not understand or even have the slightest idea of what it is like to live with it.
I have a profession that requires me to look confident all the time. It has been very difficult. I can not take the risk of appearing to have doubts or uncertainties. Or look nervous. But even when I'm calm and assertive, my armpits say the opposite to everyone. All adult life trying to disguise the problem, wearing clothes I did not want, practically everything black or dark and once I put on a jacket I can only take it back at home even if they are 40 degrees.
Every day and all the time the problem haunts me. No one in my life knows the gravity of the situation. I've cried a lot in my life because of this.
To live always with fear that someone repairs, that the spots appear is a nightmare. And quite honestly even if you do not notice the feeling of always being wet clothes glued to the body is super unpleasant.
I have to wear absorbent wipes under my arms all the time. 10 minutes after the shower my armpits have already dripped.
When I heard about this treatment sincerely, it seemed too good to be true. I thought .... is there a solution? It will be possible? The treatment is very recent here.
I think I've read all the testimonials on this site. I researched a lot. I tried to get in touch with people who did the treatments .... I did an in-depth study on the subject.
I could not wonder if it would work or not. Had to try.
I went to an appointment and I marked the treatment. Everything was explained to me, the procedure, all the steps and what was expected. Today is the fourth day after the procedure.
he staff was all very friendly. I was not nervous at all. They first took the sweat test to see which problem areas to treat. Then they made the temporary tattoo that serves as an indication for the machine.
The most uncomfortable part was the injections. First the anesthesia part and then I think it was a serum that I think serves to push the nerves away from the glands to protect them and thus be able to use a higher level in the machine.
I did the procedure at level 5.
I confess that after the anesthesia I did not feel anything, not even the suction. Nothing at all. When the nurse who was using the machine said she was going halfway the doctor started the anesthesia in the other armpit.
Since I entered the medical office until I went through a recovery room after the procedure where they gave me medication and ice in the armpits and I was resting a little to be sure to leave the clinic well I think it took 2h and 15 minutes or so.
The staff was fantastic and made me feel comfortable and confident.
The effect of anesthesia only passed late at night. It took about 7 hours. I admit that after what I read in many testimonies I thought the pain would be worse. It hurts but not as much as I thought. I swollen quite a lot during the night although I always put ice out every 2 hours as directed by the doctor.
I feel pain in my shoulders, chest and arms. Like I went to the gym after not going for years. I'm sore, with bruises. On the second day it still had quite swollen. Today, that is the fourth day, I feel as if I have swallowed a lot. The feeling I have is to have two ping pong balls in the armpits so it is very uncomfortable to lower your arms. I think the solution to the recovery is to take 1 or 2 days off to rest and for ice, ice and more ice every two hours.

The clinic nurse calls me every day to find out how I feel.
I have not seen a drop of sweat yet. But it's still too early to be certain, but I'm confident. Trying not to have too high expectations not to disappoint me.
It's so good if it turns out that it still seems impossible to me.
Thank you all for your testimonies and I am available if you need to know anything else. I'm doing the update here, because the testimonies I read helped me a lot.
I paid for both treatments soon. In a month I'll go back to the clinic to do a checkup and if everything is fine in 3 months I repeat the procedure. Praying for it to work out !!!!! My life will change so much that I can hardly imagine!
