Dr. Obaid and his staff are amazing! The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. My initial consult was informative and provided a clear understanding of what to expect. Melissa clearly cost and payment options and I appreciated knowing the fee included EVERYTHING. The day of surgery was stress free and went smoothly. Prior to surgery both Dr. Obaid and Melissa provided their personal numbers and encouraged me to call or text with any questions or concerns. Dr. Obaid called me at home the night of my surgery to check in and ensure all was well. I've never had any Dr do that before. His bedside manner is amazing!
