Hi. It's been about a month and a few days since I had my procedure. I underwent the FAT TRANSFER to face. Most of the transfer was done for the depression I was getting under my eyes (genetic from my father)..so it was creating dark circle lines/indentations. I'll be honest..I consulted THREE surgeons but read a LOT of yelp and real-self reviews on many doctors. Two of the doctors I chose were referred, one was a random from great reviews. One that was referred (I don't wanna mention his name), had a LOT of poor reviews and was a bit quick and rushed in the consult. The random was actually very good...but when it came down to it, I opted for Dr. Saul...and I was VERY GLAD I DID. The man does AMAZING work. The technique does make a difference! Although I still have slight darkness under one eye, the depressions are practically non-existent. It's absolutely astounding. I can't believe how great his work is. I think he took extra time and deposited smaller amounts of fat, little at a time, so as to make sure the fat got blood/oxygen flow (yes, I did do much research on the procedure). I mean, just the fact alone that he does really astounding work is reason enough to, at the very least, consult with him on the procedure you desire! To add to that, his staff are equally great. From the receptionist who cares, to the surgical assistant who remembered me when I came in and was so warm and amazed at the difference...to the number 1 contact, the counselor, Lulu, who was super awesome through it all. Always quick to reply either through text or email; you do NOT get lost in the shuffle nor are you just another procedure. Sure you're a client, but they are very kind and considerate to all of your worries and even time-constraints (I deliberated for a while). Needless to say, my results are nothing short of awesome. This was the FIRST COSMETIC PROCEDURE I have ever done. I was even hesitant to do this. But I finally needed to do something about those depressions. Being happy with my results, I think, is a vast understatement. If I EVER needed to do, or considered doing, any other cosmetic enhancement, Dr. Saul is the first one I'm seeing!! No joke. As it's only been a month, I'll definitely update this later. But as of now, I am extremely happy with this man's professionalism, meticulous technique and results! Thank you Dr. Saul and staff! John
