Even if they apply like 2 hours before going to bed, will these medications smear off on their pillow and if so, will their effectiveness be greatly reduced? What to do in case someone sleeps facing down? Can an experienced dermatologist please tell me what to do in this case? Thank you.
I am 21 and recently Ive noticed my face sagging a little bit. I dont know if its from lack of sleep from my baby keeping me up all night or the fact that Ive gained 15 pounds from what I was pre-pregnancy. My cheeks look like they are sliding down and I have slight jowls now? Can this be reversed if I lose weight? Or would retin- a help?
I know staying hydrated, getting enough sleep, exercise and good nutrition are all very important to prevent premature aging. I'm curious if there are any other recommendations for women in their late 20s to prevent wrinkles. I'm considering starting Retin-A cream but looking for other suggestions as well. Thank you.
