Dr gave me shampoo for dry hair. now i have Seborrheic dermatitis will this affect my transplant? (photo)

Had a transplant 4 months ago. I have an oily scalp. Doctor gave me shampoo for dry hair that i have been using for about 3 weeks . Now i have Seborrheic dermatitis that I'm currrently trying to treat. could the shampoo be the cause? and will this at all affect my transplant? i have thick scale yellowish clusters all over my scalp. my guess the transplanted hair trying to grow are going to have a problem :( is that true?

Shampoo

I generally recommend Head and Shoulders shampoo and a good conditioner and tell people to leave the conditioner on for a full 5 minutes.
