Thank you for your question and photos. You appear to be an excellent candidate for mommy makeover surgery with a tummy tuck and breast lift. It is worth having multiple consultations to evaluate cost variation among surgeons in your area. The cost for a mommy makeover commonly ranges from $15,000 - $20,000. Choose a board certified plastic surgeon based upon experience and the results he or she can deliver, not just on cost alone. Hope this helps and good luck with your procedure.
What is the Cost of a Mommy Makeover
First of all, a mommy makeover is a combination of different procedures, usually a full tummy tuck, some type of breast procedure, usually a breast lift and/or a breast augmentation or even a breast reduction, and usually some liposuction. So the cost will be dependent on what combination of procedures you have. The cost will also vary dependent on your geographical location and the experience of your surgeon, the facility where the surgery is performed, and anesthesia fees. Good luck.
The cost of the surgery varies based on many factors. Some include the region where the surgery is performed, the length of the procedure, anesthesia costs, facility charges, and the surgeon's fees. Some surgeons are able to provide "ballpark" figures over the phone, but it is best to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who will be able to provide a more detailed quotation after examining you and discussing what all the surgery will entail.
The Approximate Costs of a Mommy Makeover
The costs of a #Mommy Makeover will depend on several factors. Such include the geographic location, the skill and experience of the surgeon, and operating room and anesthesia fees. Approximate #costs can be found here on the Real Self website, Surgery.org, or PlasticSurgery.org. Also, the costs are contingent on the specific #procedures being combined in the operation. Such will be discussed in greater length during your one-on-one consultation. Also, such #combined operations are often performed with our Gynecology colleagues. Tubal ligation is a common post pregnancy procedure which is done at the time of many of the surgeries included with Mommy Makeovers. Therefore, if you require a gynecologic operation or study (laparoscopy) and are considering a plastic surgery procedure, discuss these issues with your doctor. Combining these procedures decreases anesthetics, costs, and recovery time.
Thank you for asking about your mommy make-over.
- Your photo suggests you would at least want a tummy tuck, flank and epigastric liposuction and a breast lift.
- A cost range for these procedures including operating room and anesthesia would probably be between $12,00 - $20,000 depending on who did the surgery in what part of the country.
- Please choose your surgeon by quality, not price.
- Poorly done surgery is very expensive to correct and a false economy.

I appreciate your question.
Cost varies by geographic location, surgeon expertise, OR time, anesthesia, length of procedure etc. I would recommend that you go to The American Society of Plastic Surgery website and look for a list of board certified plastic surgeons in your area. You can call their offices in advance and ask for quotes prior to scheduling consultations.
The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam.
Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic and restorative plastic surgery.
Best of luck!

- The cost of a mommy makeover will vary depending on many things. The two most important are where you live and what you need done for your breasts.
- A mommy makeover is a tummy tuck with a breast surgery. That breast surgery may be a breast augmentation, a breast lift, a breast augmentation with a lift, or a breast reduction. Each have slightly different costs.
- The cost covers the surgical fee, anaesthesia fee, facility fee and the implant fee if applicable. I would estimate $10K to $15K depending on the above....perhaps higher in pricier parts of the country.
- Dr Rodger Shortt is a plastic surgeon in Oakville. He is the Director of the Cosmetic Surgery Training Program and an Assistant Clinical Professor at McMaster University. He strives to provide the best possible plastic surgery results and excellent care to patients from the GTA including Oakville, Toronto, Mississauga, Georgetown, Milton, Burlington and Hamilton.
How much does a mommy makeover usually cost?
Thank you for sharing your question. Mommy makeover cost will depend on three cost factors - surgeons fees, anesthesia, and facility costs. The latter two are dependent on time spent in the OR while the former is based on the exact procedures selected as part of your mommy makeover request - breast augmentation, breast lift, tummy tuck, liposuction, etc. In most cases a typical MM will range from 12 to 16K dollars, but the best quote is obtained by seeing a number of ASPS board certified plastic surgeons in consultation. Hope this helps.
How much does a mommy makeover usually cost?
Thanks for the question.
Pregnancy can take a toll on a women's body. In order to help reverse some of the effects of child bearing, many women choose to have a "mommy makeover". A mommy makeover can involve ANY of the areas affected by pregnancy: most commonly a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and breast augmentation and/or lift (mastopexy). Other commonly requested surgical procedures include liposuction surgery and/or genitalia surgery.
Generally speaking, the “ideal” patient for mommy makeover surgery is one who has completed pregnancies, is psycho socially/emotionally/financially stable, has an excellent social support system surrounding him/her, is capable of arranging enough recovery time, does not smoke and who has reached a long-term stable weight.
When it comes to cost of surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure ( quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider, type of breast implants… are some of the potential variables involved. You will find average costs of surgery listed on this website, and on individual plastic surgeon's websites as well.
In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons. Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery.
***Ask to SEE lots of examples of their work AND preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done. Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Thank you for your question. The cost of a mommy makeover really depends on what procedures you require. A common mommy makeover combination of procedures is a breast lift with or without breast implants, tummy tuck, and one or more areas of liposuction. The cost can range from approximately $12,000 - $20,000. I suggest you consult with one or more board certified plastic surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in your area to discuss your options.
