DNA appliance and Homeoblock device. Does the skill of the practitioner matter?

I would go slow and talk to several providors.  Experience is very helpful but not absolutely necessary.
Every doctors has to start with someone and the DNA is generally a safe method of expansion but does require careful watching.  I do a great deal of DNA Appliances but refer a few out to another doctor when I think it is best for the patient.
