Between the ages of 17-22 i used a tanning-bed for 10 minutes weekly. I have naturally fair skin but wanted a tan. I now feel so angry with myself! A typical teenager, i didn't really think (or care at the time) of the consequences, a tan being of more importance. I am now 23. What is the likelihood that i have done permanent damage to my skin? If from now on i use an SPF daily and keep out of the sun can i reverse the damage? Are there any products i should be using to reverse any skin damage?
