You cannot change the temperature settings on the Coolsculpting machine. You can change the level of suction only.
Hi,The temperature and time on a CoolSculpting machine is preset by the manufacturer and cannot be altered by the physician. The screenshot you showed is the vacuum which can be altered on the old applicator but not on the new Cool Advantage.
The coolsculpting machine is generally pre-set to a cooling temperature (and not regularly varying by the physician). The reason for multiple treatments is due to the requirements of the area being treated. Cool sculpting works by the vacuum applicator pulling in the tissue/fat and cooling it to a temperature required to cause natural cell death, apoptosis. Because not all of the area can be pulled into the applicator, not all cells are programmed for cell death, thus requiring more treatments to reach more area(s).
The temperature setting cannot be altered on the CoolSculpting machine. If you have concerns I suggest consulting with your physician. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for your question. The recommended temperature is already set. If you are interested, ensure that you visit a physician with experience in CoolSculpting.
The temperature on the CoolSculpting machine is preset and cannot be altered by the provider. The vacuum settings can be altered, but do not have an effect on the treatment temperature.
The temperature on the Coolsculpting device is not able to be manipulated by the provider. The time of the treatment and the suction level can be manipulated, but the best result will always be achieved when the provider uses the protocol from Zeltiq. It is not recommended to stray from their protocol.
Temperature is not a variable that can be altered by the treating doctor, although different handpieces use different temperatures. What can vary though is the knowledge and experience in how to approach each individual with a appropriate Coolsculpting treatment plan.
Thanks for the question. I don't believe you can change the temperature setting on the coolsculpting machine. I would ask for clarification from the doctor you are speaking to. Best of luck!
The temperature is not adjustable by individual offices or physicians. It is preset and can not be altered. If the number you are referring to in the picture you posted is the "70", that refers to suction and is adjustable but has absolutely no bearing on the treatment temperature.
