Does Breast Augmentation Fix Gap Between Breasts? I Want To Go Bigger, With Cleavage. Thinking 400cc. (photo)

I Think I Have Wide Set Breasts and Want to Go Bigger (Big C) and Have Cleavage. Can I Get It? What's Best for my Frame? What is the beast way to achieve cleavage? I don't want to get the implants and have a super big gap between. What is best to achieve what I want?

It is possible

It is possible to achieve look that you want on your chest wall.  This is likely best achieved after proper measurements are taken with moderate profile silicone implants.

Post-operative cleavage will depend on your pre-surgery cleavage. You have wide-set breasts, which means you'll probably continue to have wide-set breasts after surgery. However, while you may have a bit of improvement, it may not be as much as you want. Unfortunately, your surgeon can only do so much to give you cleavage before it looks abnormal, since the implants have to remain centred underneath your nipples. For this reason, you probably won't get the cleavage you want with larger implants. A pushup bra would be more effective.

The gap

The distance between the breasts after surgery is determined in part by the distance between the breasts before the surgery. Typically, breast implants are placed below the pectorais major muscle which is behind the breast.  This muscle attaches to the breastbone abd those attachments are usually left alone at the time of surgery.  I always try to get the implants as close together as possible but you want to mostly leave these muscle attachments alone because releasing them too much can cause visibility of the implant edge. In this area that may be visible in some clothing or a bathing suit.

Certain bras will accentuate your cleavage more than others.  More volume in this area will allow more cleavage in certain clothing. The gap will not be any greater than it is now. The size implant that is ideal for you is up to your plastic surgeon after he or she discusses your goals and after examining you.

Thank you for your question and for the photo.
