Can I use Meladerm for hyperpigmention and Tretinoin .025 or Tretinoin .1 together? (Photo)

I have some sun spots and brown spots on my face. I would like to start using Meladerm to help eliminate those spots, and Tretinoin as an anti-wrinkle. Can I apply Meladerm first then Tretinoin after?

A picture would have definitely helped me to advise you, that being said go back the dermatologist who prescribed the medication to you. You should not break out after first use of RetinA 0.025%.  The small red bumps may be a reaction of some sort so it's important that you return...
