Can I use Meladerm for hyperpigmention and Tretinoin .025 or Tretinoin .1 together? (Photo)

I have some sun spots and brown spots on my face. I would like to start using Meladerm to help eliminate those spots, and Tretinoin as an anti-wrinkle. Can I apply Meladerm first then Tretinoin after?

Hello,If you are wanting to treat brown sun spots and/or brown blemishes, we recommend consideration of a Q-switched YAG laser which is designed for your condition.  Using a topical product generally is not strong enough to eliminate a sun spot whereas the correct type of laser does.  Although a prescriptive strength hydroquinone product may help with mild brown hyperpigmentation, sun spots usually require the power of a laser.With regards to your Tretinoin question, proceed carefully as retin A is sometimes not easily tolerated by your skin type/color.Regards.
