I have been doing Invisalign for 2 months now and have not noticed improvement in my tongue posture or asymmetry.

Three Dimensional Expansion utilizing Epigenetic Orthopedics with the DNA / mRNA family of appliances would be my first choice of treatment.

It is a gradual process and has little discomfort.  It does have to be worn 14-16 hours/day.

Before the DNA Appliance I would have suggested a SARPE procedure or Rapid Palatal Expansion with a Surgical Assist.  That is still an excellent procedure but it does not correct the overbite or the high arch.

The same is true with MSE which uses TAD implants.
