Three Dimensional Expansion utilizing Epigenetic Orthopedics with the DNA / mRNA family of appliances would be my first choice of treatment. It is a gradual process and has little discomfort. It does have to be worn 14-16 hours/day.Before the DNA Appliance I would have suggested a SARPE procedure or Rapid Palatal Expansion with a Surgical Assist. That is still an excellent procedure but it does not correct the overbite or the high arch.The same is true with MSE which uses TAD implants.

Your recessed chin is more of a problem than just aesthetic. The recessed chin is also causing your TMJ problems and could also be causing sleep breathing problems. The DNA appliance alone would probably not correct your recessed chin (retruded lower jaw). The mRNA would be more predictable....
There are subtle design differences between the two appliances but both are effective to develop dental arches (orthopedic development). These are not the only two arch development appliances either. There are many effective arch development appliances that work well in the right hands. Good luck!
