I think I answered this question already. More details would be necessary to discuss options and better yet an exam in person.
There appears to be significant difference from side to side. From the photo the left side is much larger and lower than the right side. Not having seen the before photos it's hard to determine the cause, but revision all surgery can correct the issue. Keep in touch with your surgeon.
Hello dear, thanks for your question and provided information as well..
The breasts may lose their elasticity and firmness which can be caused by different factors such as pregnancy, massive weight loss, lactation and aging. To reaffirm the breasts and restore the natural look your surgeon can perform a mastopexy or breast lift. A breast lift restores a firmer, perkier, and more aesthetically pleasing shape to sagging breasts. This not only can improve a patient’s appearance by restoring her youthful, feminine proportions, but also help bras and swimsuits fit more comfortably and attractively. By removing excess, stretched out skin, reshaping the breast tissue, and raising the nipple & areola into a more forward position, a cosmetic surgeon can create a more youthful breast contour. Stretched, large areolae can also be reduced during breast lift surgery, creating an overall better proportioned, natural looking breast, Actually the perkiness on a person or another, depends on patients skin and breast tissue!
Thank you for your question. It appears that you have a significant asymmetry of size between the left and right breast. I encourage you to contact your surgeon and discuss your feelings and review options to improve the appearance of your breasts. A revision surgery is likely to be necessary.Best Wishes,
Michael Morrissey, MD
Based on your description, it is clear that you are not pleased with the outcome of surgery. Best to discuss your disappointment/concerns directly with your plastic surgeon. Working together it is likely that you will lcome up with a good plan to improve your outcome. Best wishes.
From your photos it appears you have some asymmetry. It also looks like you could have had more tissue removed to reduce the size of them .
