What is the best way to treat a telangiectasia underneath my fingernail? Electro- cautery? Some type of laser?

I have a telangiectasia underneath the nail on my middle finger and when I knock my finger on something, it breaks and bleeds.

Need to see a hand surgeon or specialist for that.
Your nail may need to be removed and laser used to treat the vein. The pinpointe laser may be used for this.
