Sleeping on side after breast augmentation

I generally recommend that patients sleep on their side or back initially, while wearing a good bra that provides support. This should be done throughout the first eight weeks of your recovery. Doing so prevents the implants from being displaced by falling to the sides or "bottoming out". However, it's best to follow your surgeon's instructions.

Activities after Breast Augmentation/Lifting?

The questions you ask are good questions that should be addressed to your plastic surgeon who knows your situation best and who is ultimately responsible for your care. Assuming you have been complication free, it is likely that response to your questions will be: now.
Best wishes.
